“Women in datacenter” may refer to several roles, as datacenter as an industry is booming. From our own experience, everything from finances, fiberoptic researchers, hands on telecom operators, network engineers, legal advisors, cybersecurity personell or system administrators… We are all a part of this massive and exciting industry, and we all need to understand each other to create the best services possible.

Chair: Maja Enes
Maja works as a Compliance Manager in Blix Solutions AS. She has worked in or around the datacenter industri for about 10 years.
Blix Solutions is an independent Norwegian data center operator, and owns and operates two colocation/edge datacenters in the Oslo-area, with approximately 5MW capacity. Blix Solutions is also a network operator and an internet service provider.
Co-Chair: Helene Norman-Dupuy
Helene Norman-Dupuy is the Country Operations Manager at Onnec Norway AS. She comes from a long line of leadership roles in the construction machinery sector and has a long experience in major projects management. She has worked in the datacenter industri for a little over a year now.
Onnec Norway AS offers cabling of grey / white space, design , installation and also operational support services, such as people for rack-and-stack, telecoms or remote hands.

Anne Cathrine EdstrĆøm
Anne Cathrine is a veteran in the supplier game. Her role is business development manger for datacenters in the Nordic at Delta. Delta offers solutions from power supply to cooling to automation, and is a key supplier for many data center solutions.
Birgitte Jourdan-Andersen
Birgitte has a background as a lawyer and former partner at the law firm SchjĆødt, combined with 20 years navigating the corridors of Brussels ā at the EFTA Secretariat, the European Commission, the EFTA Surveillance Authority, and as Head of Fornybar Norge’s Brussels office. In recent years, she has worked as a strategic legal and compliance advisor to scale-up industrial value chains. She thrives at the intersection of law and industrial development, and now works as an independent advisor, guiding data center entrepreneurs on strategy and regulatory frameworks.
Ellen Kristine Usland
Ellen is a lawyer at FĆøyen, where she specializes in real estate law, and has worked with data center developers for several years. Ellen has extensive experience assisting clients with real estate transactions, both for developing data center and for others purposes. Ellen also has considerable experience in energy law, particular in connection with the grid connection of energy-intensive industries. In addition, she has expertise in, among other areas, lease law, general contract law, development projects and litigation.
Hanna Myhre Kaupang
Hanna is CEO of Tryland Data Center and Otterlei Eiendom, with a background in industrial real estate and the redevelopment of industrial properties for new uses. Otterlei is a Norwegian family office with more than 25 years of experience in owning and developing industrial and technology companies, spanning advanced manufacturing, defence, automotive, aerospace, maritime and energy-intensive production. Building on this industrial heritage and her experience in property development, Hanna leads the development of Tryland Data Center in southern Norway, repurposing former manufacturing facilities for data centre use.
Hege Wullum
Hege is a key strategic asset for Coromatic. She has worked with business development and stratgy for a long time, providing her with insights into areas of contiunous improvement and growth. She is also a rock star when it comes to recruting. Coromatic is a supplier of all technical/machines necessary to run a datacenter; power, cooling, emergency power etc.
Ninja Roede
Ninja is a legal partner at BrƦkhus. She has extensive experience in litigation, mediation and negotiation concerning construction law and commercial real estate. BrƦkhus offers a broad range of legal services, for both Norwegian and international clients.
