“Women in datacenter” may refer to several roles, as datacenter as an industry is booming. From our own experience, everything from finances, fiberoptic researchers, hands on telecom operators, network engineers, legal advisors, cybersecurity personell or system administrators… We are all a part of this massive and exciting industry, and we all need to understand each other to create the best services possible.
The working group to make this organization happens are;
Maja Enes
This initiative was started by Maja Enes. She works as a Compliance Manager in Blix Solutions AS. She has worked in or around the datacenter industri for about 10 years.
Blix Solutions own and operates two colocation/edge datacenters in the Oslo-area, with approximately 5MW capacity. Blix Soultions is also a network operator and an internet service provider.
Helene Norman-Dupuy
Helene Norman-Dupuy is the Country Operations Manager at Onnec Norway AS. She comes from a long line of leadership roles in the construction machinery sector and has a long experience in major projects management. She has worked in the datacenter industri for a little over a year now.
Onnec Norway AS offers cabling of grey / white space, design , installation and also operational support services, such as people for rack-and-stack, telecoms or remote hands. Onnec is a international company with headquarters in London, and was establishing in Norway in 2023. Onnec has a large Nordic presence.
