On an inpulse, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enes.no\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"www.enes.no\">Maja<\/a> bursted out &#8220;hey, we should start a women networking organization!&#8221;, and so here we are.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The plan is to gather interested parties and create a community for women in the data center industry. Wether you work with infrastructure, software, project management, delivery, finance or legal; we are all a part of a predominantly male business, and we would love to connect to&#8230; well, build a network.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tentative plan is to hold a start-up meeting at the end of August, where we will decide on bylaws, action plan and create a board. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We aim to be a non-profit, free organization where everyone is welcome. Our aim is to be an arena for women to find community in the business, to learn from each other and to help each other. In the long run, we would love to administrate some sort of mentorship arrangement or &#8220;big sister&#8221;-type of connections, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We need more people to be involved<\/strong>! Do you want to take part in any of the following tasks, send us an <a href=\"mailto:hello@dcdames.no\" data-type=\"mailto\" data-id=\"mailto:hello@dcdames.no\">e-mail<\/a> or send Maja a message on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/majaenes\/\">LinkedIn<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan and arrange the practical around the start-up event <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help find sponsors for the startup-event, or continued work of the organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a part of the board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a part of reaching out to similar organizations for input or collaborative initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discuss the future action plan for the organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make a logo for DC dames<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or just be a general hangaround? (If there are enough of us, we might even be able to do some social networking during the summer)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanna join?
